Our Space

Aqua Dolce is a spacious, secluded and luxurious Tuscan style 2 storey accomodation on over 100 acres, overlooking vineyards and surrounded by a multitude of wildlife.

Boasting one of the most spectacular views in the Hunter Valley with many spaces to entertain and  a beautiful pool and cabana /BBQ area to relax and enjoy a fine Hunter wine with friends and family.

We are situated close to many cellar doors, restaurants, concert venues, Hunter Valley Gardens, wine tours, ballooning and numerous other exciting activities.
We also have a golf "driving range.... home made" for some golf practise or beginners fun.

This house is not suitable for children, adults only please.

Our guest accomodation is also our home so we expect due care in it's use. 

As we do not charge a separate cleaning fee we reserve the right to hold a security deposit ($1000 will be required prior to arrival) to cover damages in house or external areas for extra cleaning fees if our home is left excessively untidy or with damage or stains on carpeted areas which require extra professional cleaning beyond our regular cleaners. The security deposit is refunded after inspection assuming there are no damages.
