House Rules and Conditions of Stay

Check in anytime after 3:00 pm
Check out before 12:00 pm

House suitable for up to 12 people.
Can add up 2 more guests with added bedding ($100 per person per night), enquire with host for details.
Additional rules
Guests should wash dishes in dishwasher.
We prefer meals to be consumed in dining areas or outside areas.
Outdoor market umbrellas must not be opened on windy days, closed after use, and never left open overnight.
Security deposit required
Any damages caused by guests including spills on carpets, will be charged to guests ( security deposit of $1000 must be paid prior to arrival). Refundable after departure assuming that our property has not been damaged or excessive specialised cleaning or excessive rubbish removal is required.
We prefer shoes off over carpeted areas.

This house is not suitable for children or infants. Adults only please.
No smoking.
No pets.
No parties or events.
